Our story
SKØL is a hidden slice of Scandi on the fringes of Scarborough.
We are all about high-quality drinks and service without any pretension. We do things a little differently with our design and our cocktails, for which we have become pretty well known. Your local neighbourhood bar and eatery providing clean-cut design, warm welcomes and laid back vibes.
Our passionate team serves fine food and bespoke beverages to our guests, as they revel and feast day and night.

SKØL has an open-door policy and welcomes predominantly walk-ins. Limited bookings are available in our Private Dining Room only. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and a minimum spend of $50 a person is required on the day. Learn More
